Magnetic Separator Function
Utilizing electromagnetic principles, the screening mesh can
effectively capture micrometer-sized fine iron particles. This
function ensures that iron powder in powdered materials is removed
precisely and efficiently.
Equipped with a vibrating motor, it ensures effective flow of
powdered materials on the screening mesh. The vibration not only
aids in the uniform distribution of materials but also promotes
sufficient contact between fine iron particles and the mesh,
thereby enhancing capture efficiency.
Through a reasonably designed material roll-in limitation
mechanism, the amount of powder entering the processing system can
be controlled, preventing overload or clogging. This function
contributes to maintaining stable system operation while ensuring
processing efficiency and quality.
