The screw conveyor is a customizable product that we design and
manufacture based on the specific requirements of our customers. In
different countries, it is also known by various names, such as
tube screw conveyor, trough screw conveyor, screw feeder, and more.
Application:1.The screw conveyor is designed to transport free-flowing powders
or small granular products from a lower position to a higher one,
such as milk powder, salt, seeds, flour, and more.
2.It is commonly paired with packaging machines for the efficient
conveying of various powdered materials.
3.Equipped with two motors, one controls the screw feeding, and the
other manages the hopper vibration. Both motors operate
independently for greater control.
4.The storage hopper is detachable and can be easily separated from
the screw and conveying tube for quick maintenance.
5.The screw features forward and reverse operation, quick
disassembly, and a discharge door design, making the equipment
exceptionally easy to clean and maintain.
