The screw conveyor is a completely customizable product, crafted
and manufactured to fulfill the unique needs of our customers. It
is referred to by various names in different countries, including
tube screw conveyor, trough screw conveyor, screw feeder, and
others.
Application:1.The screw conveyor is designed to transport free-flowing powders
or small granular materials, such as milk powder, salt, seeds,
flour, and more, from a lower to a higher position.
2.It integrates smoothly with packaging machines to efficiently
convey various powdered materials.
3.Equipped with two motors—one for screw feeding and the other for
hopper vibration—both motors can be independently controlled for
precise and flexible operation.
4.The storage hopper can be easily separated from the screw and
conveying pipe, enabling quick and convenient maintenance and
cleaning.
5.The screw offers flexible forward and reverse motion, quick
disassembly, and features a discharge door, making cleaning and
operation simple and user-friendly.
