The U-type screw conveyor is a type of screw conveyor manufactured according to the DIN15261-1986 standard, with design specifications following the "JB/T7679-2008" professional standard for spiral conveyors. This conveyor is widely used across various industries, including food, chemicals, building materials, metallurgy, mining, and power. It is primarily designed for the transportation of small particles, powders, and small pieces of material. However, it is not suitable for conveying materials that are easily deteriorated, excessively sticky, or have a high moisture content.

Equipment Features:

The V-shaped screw conveyor is a specialized type of screw conveyor designed for small-scale operations, offering stable transmission and effective performance in confined spaces. It features excellent sealing capabilities, making it ideal for environments with high dust levels or strict environmental requirements, as it helps prevent dust generation during the conveying process. However, the V-shaped screw conveyor is not suitable for long-distance transportation. Additionally, its manufacturing cost is higher than that of a belt conveyor, and it may cause damage to fragile materials.
